Parts preparation
Movement: This is the core component of a watch, and you can purchase ready-made movements as the basis for assembly.
Pointer: including hour hand, minute hand, and second hand. It should be noted that some pointers may be difficult to install, such as the size of the opening may have errors, so caution should be exercised when selecting pointers.
Dial: Choose a dial style according to personal preference.
Case: You can choose your favorite style, such as various water ghost cases, different outer rings, etc.

2、 Specific assembly steps for mechanical watches
Internal assembly of the movement
Gear assembly
Place each gear in place, cover the float plate, and then place all gear shaft heads in the shaft holes of the plate, and tighten the screws.
Start winding the wheel to make it rotate flexibly, then loosen the screws, install the clip in, and then place the balance wheel in, so that the balance wheel starts to move.
Installation of minute and hour gears and dial
Place the dividing gear and timing gear separately, and also place the dial properly.
Assembly of external components
Needle installation
Adjust the time to the state where the calendar jumps at 12 o’clock and then install the hands. Set the hour and minute hands to the 12:00 position, and the second hand can be set for as many seconds as needed.
Core in shell
Remove the watch handle, insert the watch case into the case, and then insert the watch handle.
Rear cover installation
Be careful not to let the waterproof ring of the back cover fall off, just tighten the bottom cover of the watch.
Strap installation
Finally, install the watch strap and once it’s done, you can wear the watch you’ve assembled yourself.

Electronic watch circuit board bracket, battery support spring, watch circuit board, LCD panel bracket, reflector plate, conductive rubber, LCD panel, LCD panel pressing plate, battery, battery pressing plate, buzzer conductive spring, conductive spring, watch vibration plate, back cover and other electronic watch related components.
2、 Specific assembly steps for electronic watches
Installation related to circuit board bracket
Place the electronic watch circuit board holder on a suitable watch stand and install the battery spring.
Then install the watch circuit board and LCD panel bracket.
LCD panel related installation
Install the reflector plate, conductive rubber, LCD panel, LCD panel pressing plate, and then install and tighten the pressing plate screws.
Battery installation
When installing the watch battery, gloves should be worn and held with metal tweezers before installing the battery tablet. At the same time, the tablet screw should be installed and tightened.
Installation of other components
After installing the buzzer conduction spring, conduction spring, watch vibration plate, and back cover, close the back cover.
